OEUK is the leading representative body for the UK offshore energy industry. Formerly known as OGUK (Oil and Gas UK) it rebranded to reflect its broadening focus which includes new energy sources such as offshore wind.

Offshore energy installations can be remote and the work demanding. People working or intending to work offshore must be medically fit to do so. OEUK/OGUK Medicals have been adopted as standard by many offshore industries across the world. Certificates of fitness last up to 2 years and can only be issued by OEUK examining doctors.
